Portland, OR — LTRMN has sold its OLCC retail license to Miss Organic LLC. The deal closes a chapter on an unused asset and opens a door for a trusted partner.
The license came to LTRMN through the Unrivaled Brands transaction. Original plans called for a delivery-only retail operation running on LTRMN’s existing infrastructure. In practice, the company’s focus stayed fixed on manufacturing — building out the production capabilities that now power STICKS, Beaucoup, and the rest of the portfolio.
The license sat dormant. Never activated. A tool without a job.
“We’re manufacturers,” said LTRMN leadership. “That’s where our energy belongs. Holding a retail license we weren’t using didn’t serve us or the market. Putting it in the hands of someone who’ll actually use it does.”
The Right Fit
Miss Organic LLC has been a long-time LTRMN partner. The relationship runs deep — built on years of collaboration, mutual respect, and shared understanding of Oregon’s cannabis landscape.
“This wasn’t a cold transaction,” said leadership. “Miss Organic knows our operation. We know theirs. When it became clear we weren’t activating the license, the conversation happened naturally.”
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
LTRMN continues to operate as a fully vertical cannabis manufacturer, producing and distributing its brand portfolio from its Portland facility.
