PORTLAND, Ore., May 30, 2026. LTRMN Inc today announced that the Oregon Secretary of State has registered twelve proprietary STICKS flavor and strain names as Oregon trademarks. The registrations, issued May 26, 2026, cover the names behind many of the most requested pre-rolls in the state and formalize STICKS ownership of its flavor portfolio.

The registrations follow the March 2026 registration of the STICKS bow tie badge logo (Oregon Reg. No. 53964).
Protecting the Names Oregon Asks For
STICKS flavors are developed in house, from terpene and flavor profile to name. Many of the most requested names in the lineup sell among the top pre-rolls in Oregon, including Oregon Strawberries, Yeti Snacks, Seaside Zlush and Bandon Gold.
Popular strain names are frequently borrowed and passed between brands. Registering the STICKS names with the State of Oregon establishes a public record of ownership and helps ensure that consumers asking for a STICKS flavor receive a STICKS product.
